The Globe reported Bryan Garnett, 48, from Utica, N.Y., will be charged with interfering with a flight crew and assault and battery for slapping a male flight attendant. Developer William O’Connell, 71, of Quincy pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated statutory rape, two counts of soliciting sex for a fee and cocaine trafficking. Aggravated statutory rape covers victims aged 14-16. He posted $150,000 bail after his arraignment and his due back in Quincy District Court on July 14. Police arrested an Everett man who was running naked through a Dorchester neighborhood on Monday. The suspect was involved in a traffic stop and fled with a gun. --For some reason, 32-year-old Keni Garcia of Haverhill allegedly wanted 85,000 bullets. The ATF, ICE and state and local authorities seem to think this was a bad idea. Who knew? Essex County prosecutors are charging Garcia, who was scheduled to become an American citizen today, with illegal possession of ammunition, three counts of possession of a high-capacity firearm, and illegal storage of a firearm.
