Save America's Treasures, a grant program dedicated to preserving America's cultural heritage, is awarding $72,120 to WGBH for the preservation of public radio broadcast of the August 28, 1963, March on Washington. WGBH has the only existing recordings of radio coverage of this historic event. The Save America's Treasures grant will help document, restore, and preserve these recordings for enjoyment and study by academics and the general public. more ›
