Jay Severin's second suspension at 96.9 WTKK-FM in two years was reportedly based on comments he made while discussing a sexual harassment suit on his show. Severin admitted, or bragged, that he had sex with "virtually every young college girl I hired to be an intern or an employee for my firm." Severin said it took place at a company he owned. He added: "All I was was a young man who was the boss and I did it because I could." Sounds like a great business plan. Or not. [Herald]

-- On Thursday at approximately 5 p.m., two officers observed a man firing gunshots in the area of Deering Road. The suspect fled on foot with four other males. One of the other individuals was quickly detained by assisting officers. The Boston Police Crime Scene Unit located two bullet fragments and a parked car with a single bullet hole.
