A Chelmsford man pleaded not guilty to drunk driving and motor vehicle homicide charges and was released on personal recognizance today in Lowell District Court after he allegedly ran over and killed his wife outside of their home on Wednesday. Harry Conover, Jr., 73, and Sandra Conover, 73, allegedly argued prior to him getting into his car to leave their home. His wife reportedly followed him to his car and somehow was run over as he tried to drive away. A probable cause hearing is set for September 1. [Globe]
