A Chelmsford man pleaded not guilty to drunk driving and motor vehicle homicide charges and was released on personal recognizance today in Lowell District Court after he allegedly ran over and killed his wife outside of their home on Wednesday. Harry Conover, Jr., 73, and Sandra Conover, 73, allegedly argued prior to him getting into his car to leave their home. --Tempers flared with the temperature last night in Dorchester and East Boston. As three men stood across the street from the Dorchester YMCA, shots were fired, leaving two people wounded and one in critical condition.
