We had to do a double take at this image from photosbyfletch. It reminds us of a nice warm mid-winter day after a snowfall, but it was actually taken at night! A 59 second exposure gives us a great example of what can be done with a little patience and a good eye for photography.
Kimya Dawson has long been one of those buried indie-rock treasures, at least until the release of Juno. The former member of the Moldy Peaches and avid livejournal diarist contributes a large part of the soundtrack, and stars Ellen Page and Michael Cera cover one of her songs, "Anyone Else But You." One of the most famous sights in Cambridge--MIT's Stata Center, designed by Frank Gehry--is leaking. MIT is now suing Gehry for negligence.
