Canton-based Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. has filed for a $400 million IPO. The company's ticker symbol will be "DNKN" and the stock will be traded on NASDAQ. Two Massachusetts escalator inspectors were fired for not noticing flaws in an escalator that led to the death of a child. Another 32 inspectors will be disciplined.
