The feud between DA Dan Conley and BPD chief Ed Davis continues, at least according to the Herald. The fact that Davis wasn't around when Conley announced on Wednesday that he would arrest Angela Vasquez, who is accused of murdering her own children, set off Michele McPhee's alarm bells.
