It's unclear how much of a shaker Tom Brady may be (though, apparently, he's now a model) but he is a mover. In late 2004 he ditched the bachelor pad in Quincy for fancy digs on Comm. Ave. in Back Bay. The condo in Quincy was listed for $1.45 million. Today the 'track is reporting that he is currently in negotiations to purchase a townhouse the whole damn building at 301 Beacon. Currently the building is home to four units and isn't listed for sale. The Pats QB would like to take those four and make them just two – one for him, one for his sister. The rumored price is $6.7 mil for the building and renovations may cost him another $3 million. Though housing prices are reportedly falling, why not spend it if you've got it. As everyone knows, Bostonist has a soft-spot for Pats QB, Tom Brady, who has been recently in the news for a few things.
