The Cheeseman is banned by court order from his cheese shop, which is an alleged mob hangout. The result? Expired mozzarella. -- The press may have jumped the gun when it blamed our national pastime for the death of Matthew Matthew Beaudoin, 29, the Red Sox fan allegedly killed by a Yankee fan's vehicle. Police say that Ivonne Hernandez, 43, accelerated her car into Beaudoin in Nashua, NH, early Friday, killing him. Initial sources reported that Hernandez had become enraged when Beaudoin shouted "Yankees suck!" after a barroom argument about the teams. But, Donna Dione, Beaudoin's 29-year-old girlfriend, claims that Hernandez killed the man because he had broken up a fistfight. [Herald]
