We all poke fun at Mayor Tom Menino for his mumbles. Now, he's taking heat for making a very blunt and clear statement. Menino said he'd "slowly torture" the trio accused of killing pizza deliveryman Richel Nova earlier this month.

And since Massachusetts Senate candidate Scott Brown does not oppose waterboarding, held to be torture by many, we thought we'd try to represent Brown as an insufferably torturous hipster, scrunchies and all.
