By the time the weekend hits it's time to break out the cider and make some pumpkin pie. We're saving that for Sunday, however, the rest of the week is for music.
The temperature heats up a little this week. There will be a bit more humidity in the air. Bostonist had a revelation this evening when it was finally made official that the Dave Matthews Band has been the chosen one to play at Fenway Park this summer. Bostonist's little sister (age 16) called in a hurry, asking if we had any connections to getting tickets and we suddenly felt very old. Bostonist now knows what our parents felt like when we would frequent Great Woods (now the Tweeter Center) to see the Allman Brothers each summer in high school. We stopped listening to Dave after freshman year of college but he's still attracting that Abercrombie (or American Eagle) crowd in droves to his concerts.
